No. The Foundation tier is designed for people who are new to systems administration or have less than a year of hands-on experience. We start from the fundamentals and build from there.
Absolutely. We regularly work with teams of 3 to 15 people. Group pricing is available — book a demo and we'll walk through the options.
Every participant gets access to a dedicated support channel monitored by instructors. Foundation tier includes 30-day post-programme support, Advanced tier offers priority response within 2 hours during business hours, and Leadership tier provides direct instructor access plus 60 days of continued support.
Both. Our core delivery is at our Glasgow facility, but we also offer live remote sessions for participants outside central Scotland. The content and instructor access are identical regardless of format.
You may cancel with a full refund up to 14 days before your programme start date. After that, we offer a 50% credit towards a future cohort. Full details are in our terms of service.
